Agreements signed for projects in Jabal Al Akhdar, Bahla

Al Jabal Al Akhdar - The Governorate of Al Dakhiliyah signed five new investment agreements on Friday with national companies to implement projects in the Wilayats of Al Jabal Al Akhdar and Bahla.

These agreements, with a total investment of RO11 million, cover an area exceeding 60,000 sqm, and are for an investment period of 15 to 50 years.


The projects include the construction and operation of an integrated commercial complex in the Hail al Yaman area of Al Jabal Al Akhdar, which includes a 3-star hotel, an educational park, an entertainment center, and a shopping mall.


The project is being implemented by the Smart Supply International Company, with an investment cost of RO7.8 million.


The agreements also include the implementation of a 3D-printed open field project in Saih Qatna, the development of Da'an al Busaiteen Park, the operation of Saih Qatna Park, and the development of an integrated tourist park in the Wilayat of Bahla.


The Department of Investment and Planning in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate confirmed that these contracts represent a new phase of organized investment, taking into account the uniqueness of the mountainous environment and targeting projects of an economic and social nature that contribute to stimulating the local economy and providing quality job opportunities.
