Rains fall in Al Sharqiyah North

IBRA: Several wilayats of Al Sharqiyah North Governorate experienced moderate to heavy rains on Sunday afternoon associated with downdraft gushing causing wadis to flow.

Heavy rains were reported on the northern villages of the Wilayat of Ibra, extending along the eastern Al Hajar Mountains range. Rains fell on the villages of Qafifa, Al Jarula, Warid, Al Khaddad, Al Radidat, Al Haimah and neighbouring villages causing wadis to overflow.

Light to moderate rains were also reported in the wilayats of Al Mudhaibi, Al Qabil and Dima W'attayeen leading to the overflowing of several wadis. — ONA
