UPDATED: Muscat: Five people, including three children and a bus driver, died in a tragic road accident in the Resais area of Izki on Wednesday.
The incident occurred when the bus reportedly collided with a fixed object and overturned.
According to the Royal Oman Police (ROP), twelve other children have sustained varying injuries and have been transferred to nearby hospitals for medical treatment.
