CDAA holds meeting to enhance hazardous materials incident response

Musandam: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) held a meeting on Monday to strengthen its preparedness and coordination in responding to hazardous materials incidents in the Governorate of Musandam.


The meeting, chaired by Major General Major General Suleiman bin Ali Al-Husseini, Chairman of the CDAA, brought together representatives from relevant government and private sector entities.


The session aimed to reinforce efforts to boost readiness and preparedness for dealing with incidents involving hazardous substances. Discussions focused on reviewing emergency response plans and operational procedures, as well as enhancing coordination and integration among the concerned authorities to ensure a swift and effective response to such incidents.
