

MUSCAT: Oman’s oil exports totalled just over 100 million barrels by the end of April 2025, reflecting a 3.4% year-on-year decline from 103.5 million barrels recorded during the same period in 2024, according to preliminary figures from the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI).
The average price of crude oil also dropped by 5.2%, settling at $75.90 per barrel, compared to $80 per barrel a year earlier.
Meanwhile, daily average oil production fell to 986,700 barrels per day, down from 997,100 barrels per day last year. Cumulatively, total oil production decreased by 1.9%, amounting to 118.4 million barrels, compared with 120.65 million barrels during the same period in 2024. — ONA
