

MUSCAT: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) has announced the newly appointed members that will form its Alumni Board until December 2026.
Comprising graduates from RAM’s various programmes and initiatives, the Board brings together an elite network of members representing a wide range of sectors across Oman. The Alumni Board plays an active role in channeling field-based insight into the Academy’s institutional development, contributing to strategic thinking, fostering an ecosystem of emerging leaders, and helping ensure RAM remains responsive to national leadership priorities.
The Alumni Board will serve as a forward-thinking advisory platform for RAM, promoting cross-sector collaboration, strategic integration, and meaningful knowledge exchange that supports institutional and national development.

The new Alumni Board includes prominent figures from across Oman’s public and private sectors, including Dr Mohab bin Ali al Hinai, Vice-President for Sustainability and Circular Economy at Oman Environmental Services Holding Company (be’ah); Eng Amal bint Said al Sabtiyah, Director General of Planning and Labour Policies at the Ministry of Labour; Dr Suad bint Abdullah bin Zahir al Ishaqiyah, Head of Internal and Digital Communication at OQ; Fatma bint Yousuf Al Ibrahim, Chairperson of the Board at Dhofar Tourism Company; Eng Fahad bin Nasser al Harthy, Country Manager — WPS at Halliburton Worldwide; Ilham bint Nasser al Maskariyah, Lecturer at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences; Noora bint Mohammed al Mahriyah, Chairwoman of the Omani Women’s Association in Shaleem and Al Hallaniyat Islands; Adil bin Saud al Mahrouqi, Director of the Office of the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Postgraduate Studies and Research at Sultan Qaboos University; Husam bin Jasim Ba Qawir, Founder and CEO of INVEST LLC; Mayan bint Hamza al Asfoor, a Manager at the National Omani Hospitality Company (Dhiaffa); and Omar bin Abdulrahman al Harthy, Senior Business Development Executive at Invest in Oman.
