

Muscat: Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, will pay an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman starting from the day after tomorrow, Tuesday.
This was stated in an announcement issued by the Diwan of Royal Court, the text of which is as follows:
“In affirmation of the longstanding bonds of friendship between the Sultanate of Oman and the Islamic Republic of Iran, and in support of the existing bilateral cooperation between the two countries—and based on the keenness of both leaderships to enhance and develop these relations towards broader horizons for a brighter, more prosperous future—His Excellency Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, will undertake an official two-day visit to the Sultanate of Oman starting Tuesday, May 27, 2025.
During this visit, discussions will cover several areas of mutual interest, serving the interests of the two friendly countries and fulfilling the aspirations of their peoples. The visit will also address issues of common concern in light of regional and international developments.
