An exclusive Toastmasters Corporate Summit was conducted on Tuesday at Hotel Mercure, Muscat, with a focused theme 'Empowering Employees, Elevating Organisations'.
The summit brought together professionals including senior executives, HR leaders and communication specialists from organisations across Oman. Organised by the District 105 team, the summit aimed to showcase how Toastmasters’ proven framework for leadership and communication development can empower employees at all levels and contribute to long-term organisational success.
The event opened with a keynote address on 'Unlocking Leadership Potential', by Dr Saleh al Khamyasi a coach, speaker and author, which explored how organisations can nurture leaders from within by creating an environment of trust, mentorship and communication excellence.
Following the keynote, the participants engaged in an introductory session titled 'What is Toastmasters?' by Yasser Shalwani, designed to provide insights into how Toastmasters International supports personal and professional growth through structured, experiential learning.
Saiju Victor and Club Growth Director Ramanujam Raghavan were present to share insights and engage with corporate stakeholders, underlining Toastmasters’ commitment to organisational excellence across the region.
