ADAM: The Department of Awqaf and Religious Affairs in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate on Monday held a ceremony honouring participants in the second edition of the Holy Quran memorisation competition in the Wilayat of Adam, which saw 216 participants.
The competition, held at Al Bashair Club Hall, included five levels: memorising five parts in the first level, four parts in the second level, three parts in the third level, two parts in the fourth level and one part in the fifth level.
The ceremony featured various segments, including a poetic recitation and diverse performances. At the conclusion, Dr Mohammed bin Ali bin Said Zabanoot, Wali of Adam, and patron of the event, honoured the volunteers and winners. - ONA
