Muscat: The Ministry of Health (MOH) has said that it provides a comprehensive travel health service aimed at safeguarding the well-being of citizens traveling abroad.

The initiative offers preventive, advisory, and therapeutic healthcare support to travellers before departure, during their stay overseas, and upon return to Oman.

Through this service, travellers can receive personalised medical services.

The ministry invites travellers to visit the nearest primary healthcare institution or health complex at least 4 to 6 weeks prior to travel in order to benefit from the full range of services offered by the travel health clinic of MoH.

The initiative reflects the ministry’s commitment to enhancing public health readiness and minimising health risks associated with international travel
