

Muscat: Oman Air has announced the cancellation of flights WY323/324 between Muscat and Karachi due to the periodic closures of Pakistani airspace and Jinnah International Airport on May 11-12
Earlier, the flights WY323/324 on May 10 between Muscat and Karachi were cancelled.
"We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to share updates as necessary. The safety of our guests and crew remains our top priority," the airline said.
Thai Airways said it has been compelled to cancel all flights to Pakistan due to a sharp escalation in tensions between India and Pakistan. The airline announced the suspension of services to key Pakistani cities following reports of military action by both nations, marking a significant intensification of their long-standing dispute.
Major airlines from the United Arab Emirates and Turkey announced on Thursday the suspension of flights to Pakistan, citing safety concerns and regional instability.
Emirates Airlines confirmed the immediate cancellation of 10 scheduled flights to Pakistan, effective through May 10, 2025.
