MUSCAT: The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MoHERI) on Sunday announced the opening of registration to the second edition of its programme to support research and innovation training courses at public and private higher education institutions across the Sultanate of Oman.
The programme, which will run until June 30, 2025, aims to upgrade the standard of training courses and promote the principle of partnership in funding training courses and ensuring their sustainability.
The programme also seeks to develop integrated, diversified and comprehensive packages of training courses in line with global standards, in addition to building and empowering national human resources to keep pace with rapid developments taking place worldwide. — ONA
