Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman has strongly condemned the ongoing blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip, warning of the consequences resulting from the continued use of starvation and forced displacement as tools of war.

This was stated during the United Nations Security Council’s discussion on the “situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian question.”

In a statement, Oman stressed the urgent need for accountability and the elimination of impunity for those responsible for these serious violations of international law, reiterating its support for the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
