MUSCAT: Volunteers and partners came together to spread happiness and excitement among the children of Al Khoudh Child Care Centre. The celebration, organised by Oman’s community knowledge-sharing platform, Knowledge Oman (KO), in collaboration with Techno and volunteers from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), created a vibrant and festive atmosphere filled with laughter, activities and thoughtful gifts.
The event featured lively entertainment, including a bouncing castle and interactive games, bringing smiles to the children. Volunteers also distributed gifts, making the day extra special for the young participants.
Tariq al Barwani, Founder of Knowledge Oman, emphasised the importance of such initiatives, saying: "We believe every child deserves to feel valued and cared for, especially during special occasions. This initiative reflects our commitment to giving back to the community and creating memorable experiences for those who need it most. I am grateful to our dedicated volunteers and partners who helped bring this celebration to life."
This event is part of KO's ongoing efforts to promote social responsibility and foster a culture of kindness and inclusion across Oman. The successful collaboration between volunteers and partners made the day truly meaningful, marking another impactful community-driven initiative aimed at spreading joy and strengthening social bonds.
