MUSCAT: The 8th annual OSHRM Conference on “Leadership in the Open Space” will be held in Muscat in April. The conference will feature a select group of international experts and decision-makers from both within and outside the Sultanate of Oman.
The three-day event will include panel discussions and specialised workshops focused on presenting innovative solutions and modern trends in leadership and talent management.
Dr Ghaleb bin Saif al Hosni, Chairman of the Omani Society for Human Resource Management, stated, “The conference offers a platform for HR leaders in Oman to exchange ideas and stay updated on the latest trends in the industry. We are excited to host speakers who will share success stories and inspire innovation and change within organisations.”
This year’s conference will focus on forward-thinking leadership, emphasising the importance of adapting to market trends and technological advancements. It will explore topics such as sustainability, well-being at work, organisational culture, diversity and leadership development.
