Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Thursday issued a Royal Decree appointing Maithaa Saif Al Mahrouqi, the Sultanate of Oman’s Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, as Oman’s Non-resident Ambassador to Ukraine.
