“Upon the blessed advent of the holy month of Ramadan and, as Muslims in the East and West of the globe look forward to the holy month’s blissful manifestations of spiritual security and profound faith, as they engage, day and night, in the recitation of the Holy Qur’an that was revealed as a book of guidance for all mankind, His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has expressed his sincere greetings to Omani citizens, residents of the benign land of the Sultanate of Oman and to the Islamic nation on this blessed occasion.

As he extends his greetings on this occasion, His Majesty the Sultan prays to the Almighty Allah to grant all success in fasting and worship throughout the holy month. His Majesty the Sultan also prayed to the Almighty to endow all His acceptance of their deeds.
