TASHKENT: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a written message to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of the friendly Republic of Uzbekistan related to the bilateral relations binding the two friendly nations and ways to further bolster them in various fields.
The message was delivered by Sayyid Badr bin Hamad al Busaidy, Foreign Minister, when he was received by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Uzbek capital, Tashkent, on Monday.
During the meeting, Sayyid Badr conveyed the greetings of His Majesty to the President of Uzbekistan along with his wishes for continued health and happiness, and further progress and prosperity for the friendly Uzbek people.
The President of Uzbekistan asked the foreign minister to convey his greetings and best wishes to His Majesty and to the friendly Omani people for continued progress and prosperity.
