SALALAH: The Ministry of Labour conducted recruitment tests at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, Dhofar Governorate, to fill several vacant positions at the university. This initiative is part of the ministry's ongoing efforts to employ Omani youth in various sectors across Oman. A total of 183 male and female graduates, holding university degrees in computer and network engineering or post-secondary diplomas in information technology, are competing for these positions.

The recruitment tests are part of the ministry’s broader efforts to provide opportunities for national cadres who meet the qualifications required for specific roles. This initiative aims to support the growth and development of the governorates through employment in both the public and private sectors. The tests reflect the Ministry of Labour’s continued commitment to enhancing the professional capabilities of Omani youth and contributing to the nation’s progress. - ONA
