MUSCAT: Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali al Harthy, Under-Secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs on Wednesday received Edmondo Cirielli, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Italian Republic.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed means of enhancing and developing bilateral cooperation in all fields in a manner that serves joint interests. They also exchanged views on regional issues and developments in the Middle East.
The meeting was attended by Munthir bin Mahfoudh al Manthiri, Head of the Europe Department at the Foreign Ministry and Pierluigi D'Elia, Ambassador of Italy to Oman and several officials from both sides. — ONA
