Oman Tourism Development Company (Omran Group) celebrated a significant milestone with the graduation of the participants of the inaugural LIFT Programme, an advanced leadership development initiative tailored for the hospitality industry.
The LIFT Programme, which spanned 12 months, was developed and implemented in collaboration with Bahwan Cybertech and The Emirates Academy of Hospitality Management. It integrates a robust curriculum designed to enhance leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and operational excellence specific to the hospitality industry.
Mohamed al Ghufaili, Chief Operating Officer at Omran Group, expressed his pride in the graduates and the programme’s impact, stating: “The LIFT Programme exemplifies our commitment to building a sustainable future for Oman’s hospitality sector. This initiative is a key step in our broader mission to empower Omani professionals with the tools and opportunities to lead the sector into a new era of growth and innovation.
