AL AWABI: A symposium titled 'Identity and Citizenship' was held in the Wilayat of Al Awabi, Al Batinah South Governorate. The symposium laid emphasis on means of safeguarding the Omani identity by instilling national values in young people.
The symposium included a visual presentation about the importance of endorsing the national Omani character and avoiding whatever is alien to society. The symposium was held under the auspices of Shaikh Rashid bin Ahmed al Shamsi, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development. - ONA
