President of Angola to visit Oman on Thursday

Muscat: President Joao Lourenco of the Republic of Angola will pay an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman on Thursday.


A statement to this effect was issued by the Diwan of Royal Court, reading as follows:


“In a bid to promote the joint interests between the Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Angola in various spheres, President Joao Lourenco of the Republic of Angola will pay an official visit to the Sultanate of Oman, starting from Thursday, December 19, 2024.


The visit stems from the two countries’ keenness on pushing the bilateral relations towards wider horizons to achieve further progress and prosperity.


The visit will explore aspects of cooperation between the two countries and means of promoting them in various fields to meet aspirations of the two countries’ peoples and achieve the desired goals.”
