Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has extended his heartfelt congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, on the Kingdom's successful bid to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup.
In the cable, His Majesty expressed pride in this achievement, reflecting the Kingdom’s growing stature on the global stage and its capabilities to organize world-class events.
He wished Saudi Arabia continued progress and success in delivering an exceptional tournament.
His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has also sent a cable of congratulations to King Mohammed VI of the Kingdom of Morocco on the occasion of the Kingdom winning the bid to host the 2030 FIFA World Cup.
