MoL launches national framework for job competencies

Muscat: The Ministry of Labour has officially launched the National Framework for Job Competencies and the Human Resources Management Matrix.


The event held under the auspices of Dr Mahad bin Said Baowain, Minister of Labour aims to enhance the capabilities of employees within the state’s administrative apparatus.


The initiative seeks to equip employees with the necessary skills to boost performance efficiency across government units.


It brings together 44 teams from various government entities and over 300 specialists representing diverse job categories.


The framework also encompasses more than 2,000 job titles, underscoring its comprehensive approach to human resources development.
