MUSCAT: Maj Gen Matar bin Salim al Balushi, Commander of the Royal Army of Oman (RAO), received in his office on Thursday Alexander Fomin, Deputy Minister of Defence of Russia, and his accompanying delegation.
During the meeting, they exchanged views and discussed a set of military topics. The meeting was attended by the Russian Ambassador to Oman, Director General of Supplies and Housing, Director General of Administration and Human Resources at the RAO and the Military Attache at the Russian Embassy in Muscat.
