Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik on Wednesday issued Royal Decree No (57/2024) on the ratification of an agreement between the government of the Sultanate of Oman and the government of the Republic of Bulgaria on mutual exemption of short-stay visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, special and service passports. The agreement was signed in New York on September 23, 2024.
Article (1) ratifies the above mentioned agreement in accordance with the version attached to this decree.
Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
