Masirah International awarded package for Ghubrah III Desalination Plant Project

Masirah International Technical and Marine Services L.L.C, the leading Marine Construction Company in the Sultanate of Oman, is proud to announce that it has been awarded the contract to execute marine works for the Ghubrah III Desalination Plant in Oman.


Led by GS Inima, the plant will produce 300,000 cubic meters of desalinated water per day and is set to begin operations in early 2027.


"We are delighted to work with GS Inima on this landmark project that will have a lasting impact on Oman's water infrastructure," said Jonathan Turner, Chief Operating Officer at Masirah International. "This contract is a testament to our capabilities and the trust that GS Inima and other stakeholders have placed in us."


The project is a significant step toward enhancing water security in the Sultanate, and Masirah International looks forward to contributing to its successful completion.
