SALALAH: An Integrated Services Centre (ISC) was opened on Monday in the Wilayat of Salalah, Governorate of Dhofar, to receive bookings for residential units in Al Shorouk neighbourhood project in Sahalnout area.

The project constitutes part of the “National Initiative for Integrated Residential Neighbourhoods”.

The ISC programme’s launch ceremony was held under the auspices of Dr Khalfan bin Said al Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.

The ISC seeks to provide support and information to investors and beneficiaries of the “Government Residential Land Grants System”. It reflects the efforts being made by Al Dhahab Real Estate Services Company, acting in cooperation with Al Dhahab Construction Foundation and operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

The minister and the attendees were briefed about the designs and envisaged facilities of Al Shorouk neighbourhood model and the project’s implementation stages.

It covers an area of 324,000 square metres, including 40,000 sqm for green spaces.
