Muscat: The police in Muscat arrested eight people of Arab and Asian nationalities for stealing large quantities of gold jewelry from a gold shop in the Ruwi area.
Legal procedures are being completed against them.
The ROP advises the owners of shops and private institutions to implement safety and security standards in their establishments to reduce theft crimes.
