Muscat: His Highness Sayyid Theyazin bin Haitham al Said, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth presided over the launch of Trump International Resort, as part of the “Aida” project in Yiti.
The project includes over 140 hotel units, suites, villas, residential apartments, and a golf course.
Executive Vice Presidents of the Trump Organization, Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr, were also present at the meeting while Former US President Donald Trump delivered a special recorded video message for the occasion.
Dar Global on Sunday awarded a contract worth RO9.3 million to Oman Shapoorji Company LLC for the infrastructure development of AIDA Phase 1
AIDA, a joint venture with Omran Group, Oman’s primary organization for tourism development, integrates luxury golf, residential, and hospitality components. Set for Phase 1 completion in 2027, AIDA is strategically located by the sea and 130 meters above sea level, offering unparalleled sea views and residences that harmonize with the cliffside environment.
The infrastructure work for AIDA’s first phase has been awarded to Oman Shapoorji Company LLC. The contract, valued at OMR 9,345,653, entails designing and constructing essential infrastructure, including roads, water, and electricity networks, utility installations, drainage, and sewage systems, and developing the surrounding road network within AIDA. These efforts ensure the highest technical standards, seamlessly complementing AIDA’s luxurious offerings and supporting its residential and commercial phases.
