As part of the celebration, the OBA organised an exciting 3x3 basketball tournament for the clubs that won the league. This was in line with the OBA's plan to promote 3x3 basketball among clubs, develop players' skills, and provide opportunities for competition and showcasing players' abilities.

Al Naabi said: "Focusing on supporting age groups and tournaments is one of the important windows that contributes to raising the efficiency and technical levels of players. OBA is making great efforts, with the support of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, to enhance the work of the athletes preparation centres that have been launched in several clubs in the Sultanate of Oman by a joint plan with the ministry."

"The athlete preparation centres aim to spread the game in all the governorates of Oman, as the project represents a real gateway for preparing athletes, and provides a good environment to attract talents from the age group, which contributes to strengthening the game and feeding clubs and national teams with talented players," he ended.
