MUSCAT: The Muscat Stock Exchange 30 (MSX) index closed yesterday at 4,704.08 points, down 13 points, or 0.28 per cent, compared to the last trading session, which reached 4,717.06 points.
The trading value amounted to RO 2,918, 437, a decrease of 34.4 per cent compared to the last trading session, which amounted to RO 4,450,759.
The report issued by the Muscat Stock Exchange indicated that the market value decreased by 0.067 per cent from the last trading day, and amounted to approximately RO 24.14 billion.
The value of non-Omani purchases on the stock exchange amounted to RO 724,000, representing 24.79 per cent, while the value of non-Omanis selling amounted to RO 306,000, equivalent to 10.49 per cent, while the net non-Omani investment increased by RO 417,000 or 14.30 per cent. — ON
