Thawani, an Omani fintech company, has secured its place as the fortieth top financial technology company in the Middle East according to the 2024 rankings released by Forbes Middle East. Notably, it is the sole Omani company to feature on the list.


Majid al Amri, the Founder and CEO of Thawani Technologies, expressed pride in the company's achievement, emphasizing that it reflects their relentless dedication to advancing financial technology services in Oman and the wider region. He highlighted Thawani's distinction as Oman's pioneering fintech company, offering intelligent, user-friendly, and swift payment solutions across various financial sectors, catering to both businesses and individuals.


Al Amri underscored Thawani's pivotal role in spearheading digital transformation within the region's financial services sector.
