Muscat: The number of visitors to the Wadi Bani Khalid in North al Sharqiyah on the second day of Eid Al-Fitr was 11,807.
Of these 114 visitors were Omanis, 11,448 (Asians), Europeans (106), and other Arabs (139).
The local rescue team reported 11 people were safely rescued and they are in good health.

The project is expected to add a qualitative advantage to the tourism sector in the North al Sharqiyah Governorate and Ibra Wilayat.
The Safari Zoo, which is the largest in the Sultanate of Oman opened on Thursday.
