MUSCAT: Sohar Industrial City, affiliated with the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), signed an investment contract with Multi-Bond Metal Company to establish a project to manufacture products from plastics, with an investment estimated at approximately RO 9 million.
The project, which will be located at the seventh phase of Sohar Industrial City on an area of 30,000 square metres, will produce panels, strips, sheets, tapes, hoses and their accessories.
Madayn has come a long way in completing the seventh phase development project in Suhar Industrial City. The completion rate reached 98.6 per cent. The project includes a 32-kilometre road network equipped with lighting poles, a drinking water network and a sewage network, in addition to a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 2,000 cubic metres, a rain drainage network, a flood protection wall, an irrigation network, and two tanks to supply water with a total capacity of 2700 cubic metres. — ONA
