Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) in Muscat has arrested an expatriate of Asian nationality who caused an accident and ran over a citizen in the Wilayat of Seeb, which led to his death.
The driver left the scene of the accident and hid the vehicle.
Legal procedures are being completed in the case.
