Tehran: Dr Hossein Amir Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, received today Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali al Harithi, Under-secretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs, in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Wednesday.
During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to foster them in various fields. They stressed the importance of exchanging visits between officials of the two countries.
Also discussed at the meeting were the latest developments regarding the Israeli war on the Gaza Strip and the regional as well as regional and international issues.
The meeting was attended by the ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to the Islamic Republic of Iran beside a number of officials from both sides.
