Muscat: The national airline, Oman Air has warned of a fake social media account claiming to represent the airline and offering free or heavily discounted tickets.
"We would like to advise our guests that our official communication channels are verified, and we do not conduct ticket sales or promotions through unofficial accounts. For your security, we strongly caution against interacting with or providing any personal information or payment details to such accounts and report any suspicious activity and cross-check the legitimacy of any offer," the statement said.
