

MUSCAT: Sayyid Hamoud Faisal al Busaidi, Minister of Interior received in his office on Wednesday Mohammed Ali Kuman, Secretary General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the agenda of the 41st session of Arab interior ministers which will be held in the Republic of Tunisia in February 2024.
They also discussed several matters related to joint security cooperation among Arab countries.
The meeting was attended by Eng Khalid bin Hilal bin Saud al Busaidy, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Interior and Maj Gen Abdullah Ali Al Harthy, Assistant Inspector General of Police and Customs for Operations.
Sayyid Hamoud also received in his office Camillus Mongoso Wambura, Inspector General of Police Force of the United Republic of Tanzania, who is currently visiting the Sultanate of Oman.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed areas of joint cooperation.
The meeting was also attended by Saud bin Hilal al Shaithani, Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman to Tanzania, Hamad Khamis Hamad, Commissioner of Zanzibar's Police and Fatma Mohammed Rajab, Ambassador of Tanzania to Oman. — ONA
