The graduates, comprising both males and females, achieved academic success at the diploma, advanced diploma, and bachelor’s levels across various disciplines, including engineering, technology, economics, business administration, creative industries, and computer and information sciences.

Dr Muhammad bin Rashid Al Maamari, Assistant President of the University at Nizwa Branch, expressed pride in the university's commitment to providing a comprehensive education. He highlighted the institution's planning and organisational efforts to equip students with technical competence, applied sciences knowledge, and readiness for the evolving landscape of the knowledge revolution.

Al Maamari shared achievements of the Nizwa branch, including the acquisition of research funding for seven projects from the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation's institutional support programme. Additionally, the branch received accolades, such as the Best Documentary Film award in the Department of Mass Communication at the Al Batinah Festival's Cinema of the Year. The university secured first and second places in structural packaging at the First Arab Packaging Competition for Designers and Professionals in Lebanon. The university also excelled in visual design, clinching the first three places in the same competition.

The recognition extended to individual students, with one earning the Best Research Paper award in electrical engineering and another receiving the same honor in mechanical engineering at the twelfth national symposium for final year projects held at the University of Nizwa.

Furthermore, the university demonstrated its commitment to community engagement by securing three out of five prizes in the Grand Giving Competition, organised by Dar Al Atta’ at the national level. Notably, an employee of the university secured the third position in the book summaries competition at the GCC level.

The graduation ceremony, sponsored by His Highness Sayyid Nameer bin Salem Al Said, was graced by the presence of Dr Saeed bin Hamad Al Rubaie, President of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences, along with members of the University Council.
