Muscat: As part of the Royal Oman Police’s continued efforts to combat drugs and theft crimes and apprehend drug dealers, the Directorate-General for Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances rounded up six people of an Asian nationality from the Wilayat of Qurayat while attempting to smuggle in more than 128 kg of hashish and 95 kg of crystal meth.


In South Al Sharqiyah Governorate, the Directorate of Combating Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances arrested a citizen and three Asia nationals while attempting to smuggle in more than 70 kg of hashish and 10 kg of crystal meth.


The police command in Muscat Governorate arrested two Asian people for stealing a donation box belonging to a charitable society in the Wilayat of Seeb.
