MUSCAT: HH Sayyid Fahd bin Mahmood al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for the Council of Ministers received on Thursday Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and his accompanying delegation.


At the outset of the meeting, the guest conveyed greetings of the Bahraini leadership to the leadership in the Sultanate of Oman, wishing the Omani people further progress and prosperity.


After welcoming the Bahraini Minister, HH Sayyid Fahd reviewed march of the distinguished relations between Oman and Bahrain.


The meeting explored means of promoting areas of the joint cooperation and exchanging investment experiences.


The meeting also reviewed a set of topics of concern to the GCC march in addition to the regional and international developments.


It was attended by Sultan bin Salim al Habsi, Minister of Finance, Shaikh Al Fadhl bin Mohammed al Harthy, Secretary-General of the Council of Minister and Dr Juma bin Ahmed al Kaabi, Ambassador of Bahrain to Oman. — ONA
