A forum is taking place next year to highlight investment opportunities in Al Batinah North . The Suhar Investment Forum 2024, organized by the Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OCCI) al Batinah North will aim to showcase a variety of investment opportunities across different sectors.
In a released statement , Chairman of OCCI Al Batinah North, Said al Abri, highlighted the volume of investments in the city , “Suhar, known for its large to medium-sized industries, many of which are export-oriented, has seen significant growth with over $35 billion in cumulative investments from both foreign and domestic investors. This thriving economic environment is a testament to Suhar’s robust investment appeal.”
According to al Abri, the forum will highlight investment ventures within emerging industries.
“ The Forum will spotlight new and lucrative investment opportunities in rapidly expanding sectors. These include manufacturing, exports, logistics, tourism, energy, renewables, real estate, minerals, agriculture, food processing, IT, fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, education, and retail, among others.” He shared.
According to organizers, the forum- which is taking place in February26-27th of 2024- will consist of a conference, a parallel exhibition, and specialized B2B meetings.
The forum is expected to attract several government and agency officials, in addition to business owners and investors from Oman, the MENA region, Europe, Asia, and the Americas
