Muscat: SalamAir's Board of Directors, appointed Captain Mohammed al Shidhani as acting Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Captain Mohamed Ahmed.
Captain al Shidhani formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer at SalamAir.
Captain Mohamed Ahmed has been serving as CEO since 2017 after having previously served the region's first budget airline, Air Arabia.
