Last supermoon of this year appears today

“You wait for it to rise from the horizon. Usually when it is full it rises around 7 pm but on Friday it is said to be around 6:05 pm. You wait for it and then you will appreciate it. You’ll notice that the moon is really different because of its size and sometimes it can turn reddish, yellowish and at times even brownish,” Abdulwahab said.

The moon has always enchanted mankind for thousands of centuries and accordingly, it has been given different names in different cultures.

“The Arabs, Indians, Chinese, the Europeans, and the Native Americans and others have all given different names for the different occasions of full moon,” pointed out Abdulwahab.
