

Riyadh - The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia welcomed the positive results of the discussions that were held in Riyadh to reach a roadmap and support the peace path in Yemen, with the participation of the Sultanate of Oman.
A statement issued by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that the meeting of Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman, with the Sanaa delegation,
conveyed the Kingdom’s keenness to encourage the Yemeni parties to sit at the dialogue table and reach a comprehensive and lasting political solution in Yemen under the supervision of the United Nations.
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomed the positive results of the serious discussions regarding reaching a road map to support the peace process in Yemen, which was held by the Saudi communication and coordination team headed by the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Saudi King to Yemen, Mohammed bin Saeed al Jaber, with the participation of representatives in the Sultanate of Oman with the Sana’a delegation, headed by Mohammed Abdul Salam Falita.
The meeting was a continuation of the meetings the Saudi team held with the Chairman and members of the Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council and in Sanaa during which many options were reached to develop a road map agreed upon by all Yemeni parties.
