

Muscat - The Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has obtained the international accreditation certificate for the quality management system ISO (9001/2015) from the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
TRA said it is international recognition of the organization's commitment to applying quality management standards in its services to beneficiaries and will contribute to enhancing quality and ensuring that procedures are completed with the required efficiency.
The current version of ISO 9001/2015 highlights the promotion of the principle of leadership, risk management, and business continuity, enabling organizations to align their strategic directions with the requirements of the quality department system, to ensure the achievement of the principle of continuous improvement.
