Muscat: Royal Oman Police's General Department of Investigation and Criminal Investigation on Wednesday arrested an expatriate of African nationality on charges of defrauding a number of people by claiming the ability to multiply money. The tools used and forged sums of money were found in his possession, and legal procedures are being completed against him.
