Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has issued royal orders to send urgent humanitarian aid to Libya to support the efforts made to deal with the floods that recently struck eastern Libya.
The orders come within the framework of the brotherly relations between the two countries and are an expression of the humanitarian role played by the Sultanate of Oman to provide relief to those affected by various natural disasters.
